My family and I live in Fairway, KS and have been in Kansas City since 2007. I have always been passionate about food and cooking, but after a trip to Italy with my wife I was hooked. I dove headfirst into learning cooking technique, especially the art of making pasta.

I love all types of cooking but French and Italian cuisine top my list with Pasta claiming a special place in my heart. I am completely self taught and specifically enjoy technique and method as opposed to recipe driven cooking. This allows for a more creative and fun environment in your kitchen.

I find making pasta to be a cathartic experience as it involves a combination of physical activity and creativity. The process of kneading the dough, rolling it out, and shaping it into different forms can be therapeutic, allowing individuals to focus on the task at hand and let go of any stress or distractions. Additionally, the act of creating something tangible and delicious can be satisfying and even boost self-esteem. The act of making something with your own hands that you can share with others can also be very rewarding. Furthermore, this process is a timeless tradition, it can evoke feelings of nostalgia and connection to one's cultural heritage.

I started officially sharing my knowledge and perspective through classes and private events in 2022. My events are designed to be a very unique and fun experience, completely customizable, and take place in a one of a kind setting. My goal is for you to leave full, happy and ready to make your own pasta.
